Minimal steps to reproduce

Text update required in README.md:

  1. ScopeDefault is referenced in Step 3 -> "Register the client app (TodoListClient-OBO-sample-v2)" -> "Open the project in your IDE (like Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code) to configure the code". At this point what "Scope Default" refers to is not clear for the user. Expanding the explanation would be beneficial here (i.e. to explain that the scope should the service's App ID URI followed by \.default. The explanation for the default is given later in the blurb).
  2. ida:TenantId is no longer required by the sample. This is referenced in Step 3 -> "Register the service app (TodoListService-OBO-sample-v2)" -> "Open the project in your IDE (like Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code) to configure the code", and can now be removed.
