Error in startup

when I use command npm run dev or yarn run dev I got the following error:

yarn run dev
yarn run v1.15.2
$ webpack-dev-server --inline --progress --config build/webpack.dev.conf.js
The CLI moved into a separate package: webpack-cli
Please install 'webpack-cli' in addition to webpack itself to use the CLI
-> When using npm: npm i -D webpack-cli
-> When using yarn: yarn add -D webpack-cli
internal/modules/cjs/loader.js:651
    throw err;

then I installed the webpack-cli package and again I got the error. This time :

yarn run dev
yarn run v1.15.2
$ webpack-dev-server --inline --progress --config build/webpack.dev.conf.js
error Command failed with exit code 1.

i have the save issue. and the output error is not clear enough

That works for me
npm i D webpack webpack-cli [email protected] --save-dev
and change webpack.dev.conf.js devServer options

devServer:{
inline:false,
...
}
