chore: ignore crashtracker binary in git (#10896)

With [fix(profiling): platform-specific files should have
platform-specific
filenames](#10840),
crashtracker binaries have trailing platform specific strings in their
names, e.g. `crashtracker_exe-glibc-aarch64`
