As a step towards simplifying the full service integration workflow, we will start by removing some of the validation and tooling logic outside of the cookiecutter template.

  • move cookiecutter tests and tools folder to an independent library in @pcrespov, then ...
  • migrate relevant services to the new approach, i.e. removing these folders and use instead this library @KZzizzle
