Allow theme hard-coded strings localization

export comment (tags, parameters and return) descriptions.
Set explicitly all generated JSON files utf8 format.
Build a Handlebars helper function which allow modifications of hard-coded theme strings.
Expose (localization, tags, parameters shellStrings) options.

Get rid of out option

Update readme and get rid of the --out option when you are generation the json files.
