🚀 Feature: Add an option for repository emoji

Overview

Right now, CTA hardcodes the 💖 emoji in generated docs files. For example:

create-typescript-app/src/blocks/blockContributingDocs.ts

...but in my experience, most of my repositories pick a single relative-unique-ish emoji from other repositories. It'd be nice to use that emoji everywhere.

CTA itself has switched to 🎁 since Bingo is 💝.

Let's add an option for emoji that just defaults to "💖". It should be used in created files wherever 💖 is currently.
