🐛 Bug: "Config file and running template have the same name" when transition action uses pnpx #2018

Expected

This should run fine in CI:

run: "pnpx create-typescript-app",

Additional Info

In theory it would be good for me to do a deep dive into the root cause. But I don't have the time.
