CI build

I would like to help with this plugin, so I added a simple travis build, see here.

I would also setup a nightly build, like for plugins I develop. So it would be easier to test the latest develop branch.
I could write a Jenkinsfile and provide a Jenkins server which will deploy a snapshot version.

All I need (besides your acknowledgement ;) ) is that you add me as collaborator at NPM.
