Harmonize JSON Schema links

We are currently referencing JSON Schema Core/Validation 2020-12 in three different URL forms that lead to two different HTML representations:

• https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-bhutton-json-schema-*
• https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-bhutton-json-schema-*
• https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-bhutton-json-schema-*

Decide on one form and use it everywhere.

@ralfhandl thanks for filing this. We should use https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-bhutton-json-schema-* particularly as we move to the -01 draft as the formatting and readability is vastly better.
