[REQ] [Java] [Spring] Spring 6.1 Method Bean Validation Support

Is there a way to take advantage of Method Bean Validation introduced in Spring 6.1? spring-projects/spring-framework#29825

It requires to annotate model and controllers with constraint annotations, but also removing controller class level @validated annotation (I don't see any possibility to do it currently)
