Setting wifiOnly a false value disable Cellular Internet

Source

The condition below is true for wifiOnly: false. The expected result, it should be true only when wifiOnly: true

if([options valueForKey:CONFIG_WIFI_ONLY] != nil && ![options[CONFIG_WIFI_ONLY] boolValue]){
[defaultConfigObject setAllowsCellularAccess:NO];
}
