[SF][ObjectPage]: [Scrolling doesn't work when clicking on subsection inside tab dropdown]

Describe the bug

When the last subsection has long contents, click on the subsection title inside tab won't trigger scroll event

Reproduction steps

1. Click on the dropdown of "Employment" tab
2. Click on the popover item "Job Information"

Expected Behaviour

The page should scroll to the right position
