🚀 Feature Proposal

Update the Primary Hyperlink component w/ DSBR changes to make the text a darker blue.

Motivation

Increase distinction between the primary and secondary Hyperlink variant.

Example

Used to link text that is NOT in a block of text, but is not an action and therefore should not use a Tertiary Button
