Describe the bug
There is a typo in line 71 in the README.md file in the root directory.

1. **Use PowerShell?**:

I might have made this mistake in the last pull request, #2687 and I am extremely sorry for that.

I am adding another small pull request just to resolve that.

Expected behavior
It should be

1. **Use PowerShell**:

The ? should be removed.
