Please provide steps to reproduce, because i couldnt reproduce it. Which segment uuid are you downvoting?

The two it happened on are intermission or the preview/recap for me, so long as they start at 0:00. I down vote or hide it in sponsor block UI, the go to the start of the video either dragging or pressing 0, it then skips like it wasn't downvoted

We might have encountered the same issue; namely, this Preview/Recap/Hook segment 04cab8994168a387a88b1bd7bdd4001a9e5acb17f5d014ec0aab058fd5c8228f7 in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hrIGg_8WTCQ is not being skipped after us downvoting it, then reloading the page.
