Update selenium-webdriver from 4.0.0-alpha.1 to 4.0.0-alpha.7

This ticket is for proposing to update selenium-webdriver from 4.0.0-alpha.1 to 4.0.0-alpha.7

From a check on the changelog i think it would be worth it to update doe to many bugfixing applied. The update would be minor and seems to not have any breaking change.

From what i read in realation to safari it seems to me that this update could be necessary to fix the failures happeing on many applications in relation to safari 12.
