default configuration file

Please make it so if the "protractor" command is run with no configuration file, it defaults to protractor.conf.js. Since that is almost always the case, it would be very nice to be able to run tests by just entering "protractor". I searched the issues to see if someone else had suggested this, but didn't see it.
