Grails Distribution - Should it include groovydocs in doc directory #14100

Issue description

6.2.x distributions did not
the 7.0.x-Mx milestones do

It is around 1800 extra files.

Thinking back to why we added javadoc & sources: I believe we made this change to ensure source / javadoc was always distributed due to advice from the old committers channel.

With that said, the distribution is meant to be the executable. Since we intend to separately publish all source a long side the distribution. I would suggest we remove it from the distribution and be sure to reference the source / javadoc as separate downloads.
