Describe the problem

When Arduino IDE is connecting to cloud the mouse is disabled, then disconnects and hangs all programs forcing hard shutdown and Windows repair on startup.

Expected behavior

Arduino IDE does not hang operating system

2.3.5

Reproduction steps are not provided. Problem overview isn't clear either. If you want someone to even bother looking up into your issue make everything clear and understandable 😶‍🌫️
