Describe the bug.

I tried installing the CLI through the x64 exe installer for Windows. It fails with the provided error in the screenshot.
I tried multiple times and on different hardware, but both Windows 10.

Expected behavior

It should install successfully.

How to Reproduce

  1. Download the x64 exe installer from the website docs
  2. Run the installer
