Issuehunt badges

Print the shortcut commands for rerunning all tests (r) and updating snapshots used in the previous test run (u) after watch mode output.

Since ava always clears its console, where to add the message?

@rilut that's great!

The last run stays visible. Best approach right now would be to write this after we finish the logger:

logger.finish(runStatus);

Perhaps we could implement another method on the mini and verbose loggers to write instructions.
