Smarty HMVC Environment Variables Lib

This is a library that I created to make it easy for me to create smarty templates and use them insidde HMVC setup provided by Modular Extensions. The installation instructions are inside the INSTALL file located in the zip file. you can just extract the zip into a ci app and it will work after you follow the INSTALL. Hope you find this as useful as I have. Let me know of any bugs and stuff. TIA.
