CI problems with password in v8.9.0 #2904

Trying to upgrade pg-promise for v8.9.0 of the driver, I started getting the following errors within GitHub CI, specifically for PostgreSQL v14 and v15:

The issue started with v8.9.0, there was no problem within GutHub CI prior, it could run against PG 14 and 15 just fine.

The error message changed to be more specific (#2901).

It does not look that way, as per my original post:

The issue started with v8.9.0, there was no problem within GutHub CI prior, it could run against PG 14 and 15 just fine.

It is v8.9.0 that made it so, tests against PG v14 and v15 started failing.
