Describe the bug
When using the incorrectly spelled --plugin messages:out.ndjson Cucumber complains about"

io.cucumber.core.exception.CucumberException: Couldn't load plugin class: messages

This is not very helpful because it:

  1. Does not explain what went wrong
  2. Does not explain what the correct options are
  3. It's not an illegal argument exception.

  • Versions used 6.x
