Hi!

I am considering switching to web_socket but currently the package is still under the publisher labs.dart.dev making it effectively unstable and in an “experimental” status.

I would like to ask if it would be possible to get an update regarding its status and also timeline information to see it released in a stable version.

Thank you so much for your time!

That's a great question. Let me get back to you on that.

Working with web sockets in Dart with what's currently available can be painful and unintuitive, and the proposed API is exactly the way the API always should have be IMO. Really excited to use to use this when it's ready!

We've decided to graduate this package from labs and do a 1.0 release!

Please let me know if there are any issues, documentation problems, etc. that should be fixed before we do that.

Otherwise I'll land #1738 and do a release.

Really happy to hear that!
At the moment I'm not experiencing any issue and the documentation seems quite clear to me!
