Currently when a Code Snippets Database is to be updated the release is downloaded from GitHub as a zip file. This must then be unzipped and CodeSnip must be given the folder into which the database was unzipped.

It would be easier if the user could simply open the zip file.

I can't find any zip classes in the Delphi XE RTL, so will probably need something like Abbrevia.

I'm not implementing this in CodeSnip 4 because I'll need third party libraries.

If CodeSnip Vault succeeds (vault branch) then we won't need this anyway.
