Issue Description

With devfile-samples/devfile-sample-java-springboot-basic@03d097d, we have changed the image from quay.io to dockerhub. Unfortunately, we have seen cases in sandbox users where it causes errors on reaching the docker rate limit. We need to replace it with some image in quay.io to avoid the pull rate limit.
