The schema publishing workflow for Devfile needs to be updated

Bug Summary

With the recent changes to the Devfile landing page, the GitHub workflows in this repository that publish the Devfile schema to the docs needs to be updated to publish to devfile/devfile-web instead of devfile/docs.

The following workflows needs to be updated:

• CI: https://github.com/devfile/api/blob/main/.github/workflows/ci.yaml#L80
• Schema release: https://github.com/devfile/api/blob/main/.github/workflows/release-schema.yaml

Expected behavior

The schemas get published to the correct location.
