Summary

Values tab should be same for linked helm Apps like argocd helm apps (We should show all the info on the page)

Motivation

External apps can be linked with app store, should have same details as devtron charts created by app store.

Proposal

Detail api should have all linkout charts info, and on deploy it should also update corresponding entities.

This issue is related to bridging feature gaps between Helm apps deployed from CLI vs Helm apps deployed via Devtron
