I want to install devtron with external postgres DB. I can't find configuration for this.

Hey @tieungao88 , setting up Devtron with External Postgres is an Enterprise Only offering, you can checkout Feature Comparison documentation which can give you an overview of features available in the Licensed Version of Devtron. :)
