Yes, we were about to upgrade to the latest version of the ES 8 client and we only see the low-level REST client in Maven Central:
https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.elasticsearch.client/elasticsearch-rest-client/8.11.3

But not the high-level one:
https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/co.elastic.clients/elasticsearch-java/8.11.3
