What do you think of publishing rustic to the NonGNU Emacs Lisp Package Archive?

I am not opposed to adding it. But it is already on melpa, so I don't really see a point.

The point is that it will be officially part of Emacs as is rust-mode so no need to enable an extra repository in order to get it.

Ultimately, we should upstream all this Rust tooling into Emacs itself:

there is an open issue suggesting that rustic-mode be moved over to rust-ts-mode, although at the time of this writing it's been inactive for several months.
