              <p><em>As part of a team from diverse Red Hat organisations, SAP and IBM we integrated our Kubernetes Platforms, Gardener and Openshift around the emerging technology of Kubevirt (Kubernetes VM management).</em></p>

                <li>Represent Red Hat’s Walldorf team in the  interdisciplinary project team and align plans and resources with other organisations within Red Hat.</li>

                <li>Participate in program planning and software architecture discussions with SAP and IBM.</li>
                <li>Establish a Kanban based, agile work mode in cooperation with Program and Product Management teams.</li>
                <li>Side activity: Create and moderate work groups in Red Hat’s Walldorf team to improve the team spirit, get non-urgent-but-important work done with joy, and integrate team members who only joined after work-from-home was established.</li>
