ESP32-wroom-32UE and semaphore error

I changed the processor from ESP32-wroom-32U to ESP32-wroom-32UE. And this caused a problem in the program. Before that, everything worked fine, but semophors stopped working on the UE version. I get an error:

Oh, that was my mistake. In setup, the line was sometimes not executed:
wifi_mutex = xSemaphoreCreateMutex();
