Add custom property rendering types

Allow users to add custom properties that can be rendered in different ways.

• Reference Id - "@ref:{name}" link to events with the reference id being the value of the property
• Link - "@link:{name}" render as a link with the href being the value of the property
• Markdown - "@md:{name}" render the property as markdown content

Using naming convention in the names of the properties.
