Please do not close issues when they are still relevant regressions. #5669

Reopening this because this is a bug in create-react-app. We are installing libraries that HAPPEN to have .ts files in them. We are not using typescript. It is a bug in create-react-app to generate a config in our project that we are not using a language for. I strongly recommend deleting this behavior as it needs to be better thought out by a more senior developer.
