modules separator shape and modules' hiding

Hi there,

I'm pretty much satisfied with my simple fastfetch config. However, I wish to find a way to change the shape of my separator in the modules from a series of - to a square or a circle for instance, or any other shape for what is worth. Possibly, to be done selectively to only one, or have different shapes for each one of them.

Also, I have a very long string for a disk module which I want to hide if possible. Is there a way to do so? See image below for clarity, attached a copy of my JSON. Thanks in advance!
