This is done with those 2 datasets, no?

Tiny: https://zenodo.org/record/8091910 (EDIT: this was probably meant to be https://zenodo.org/record/8091756).
2x2: https://zenodo.org/record/8091910

@tcompa if there are other zenodo datasets that need to be updated, feel free to reopen the issue and specify those :)

Agreed, I saw no other relevant references to old versions of the two relevant datasets (apart from 7144919 appearing in two READMEs, which is a minor issue).

fractal-demos/examples$ git grep 7274533

fractal-demos/examples$ git grep 7674545

fractal-demos/examples$ git grep 7674571

02_cardio_small/README.md:This example contains a workflow to create a 3D & 2D OME-Zarr dataset of a single well with 4 field of views. It creates 2D & 3D segmentation with 2D & 3D measurements. It's output is close to https://zenodo.org/record/7144919 (the Zenodo data is not fully up to data and has been processed with an older Fractal version with a similar workflow). It's still a small-ish dataset that can be processed in 30 minutes. It uses all current core Fractal tasks and runs segmentation both on CPU (the 2D one) and GPU (the 3D one).
