Hook up plugin during the build process

The idea is that we are able to run this tool automatically, with no need of running it manually.
The other idea is that we'd like to inject resources/assets or whatever is needed into the final App during the build process, for example, the id of the uploaded mapping file for deobfuscation of obfuscated builds on the server (generated --save-obfuscation-map).
