Provide to set the version of configuration file to fetch

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we can fetch the configuration file from only the default branch. However, in some cases, we need to fetch the configuration file from a different version. For example, we need to change the version to verify whether the changed configuration file works well.

Provide the field to the repository to configure the version of the configuration file.
