Right now, we give little guidance towards how to best set up your storage in order to get the best out of gitpod but not pay too much on storage costs. This is a lot about how much data to retain and for how long. Some if this will likely depend on user preference.
Questions:

  • Guidance on how much to retain for how long
  • We should also speak to in-cluster vs. external storage. If using in-cluster, can you even set a retention policy?
