As part of #13935, we've introduced createStripeCustomersOnUsage feature flag. We should remove this feature flag once we've gather sufficient evidence there are no issues.

Use https://grafana.gitpod.io/d/8W7P-jg4z/gitpod-component-usage?orgId=1&from=now-2d&to=now to confirm we're not failing on CreateStripeCustomer nor on GetStripeCustomer (NotFound are expected).
