Description

I became aware of a bug in the CancelPreviousJobs, jobs cancelled by this method don't get it's commit status updated from pending to cancelled.

For example you have no runners set up

  • push workflow 1
  • push workflow 2
  • Look at commit of push workflow 1

This problem appeared while testing #33694 (comment) and noticing webhooks were missing as well
