Let me confirm if the Archive released in GO 1.24 Archive download page link is missing the Archive for Windows ARM 32 architecture

for example https://go.dev/dl/go1.24.0.windows-arm.zip

See #70705 the port is considered broken, and as such we will not provide any binary releases.
