Enable more caching; there are a few goals not covered at the moment. In particular:

Stuff about ORM @Incubating annotations
Asciidoc things

Then maybe also consider:

Spotless
Moditect
Unpack dependencies? 🤔

Feel free to try, but:

Seems hard to get right / non-buggy.

Unpack dependencies? 🤔

Caching doesn't help (much) for IO-bound goals such as dependency unpacking. Wouldn't recommend.
