Step 2x: Setup Toshl

First you will have to register your application on Toshl. Check out the documentation for more information: https://developer.toshl.com/docs.

Next configure a resource owner of type toshl with appropriate client_id, client_secret and scope. Refer to the Toshl documentation for the available scopes.
