ion-nav-view animation attribute can't be interpolated

This allows for dynamic view slide animation, requested in this forum post & this forum post.

An alternative could have been to use class, but that isn't working either, rendering the suggested solution to #614 useless.

There is already an open issue for this.

Work on implementing this has been pushed back to first implement a complete testing infrastructure to ensure there are less bugs in releases.

I'd say this is a subset of #1288. It may be helpful in shaping that solution to mention interpolation there.

It seems that this is a subset of #1288 , but I think that the solution will be similar to #1503. This should be brought to the attention of whoever works on #1288.
