Bug: Need to fix fetch calls silently failing

May need to refactor js-pinning-service-http-client in order to better support node-fetch (currently using fetch-ponyfill, which suffers from node-fetch/node-fetch#1180)

we are now using native fetch in 2.0.0 and this shouldn't be an issue..

if someone sees this in the future, please open a new issue as this was more specific to node-fetch and fetch-ponyfill
