Proposal: Support "date-time-local" and "time-local" format

I am looking for a way to validate TOML data with JSON Schema.

I am interested in JSON Schema's future support for dates and times without a time zone in order to validate TOML's LocalDateTime and LocalTime.

I know that some tools currently support this in their own custom formats, but would you consider making it official?
