🛠 Enhancement: Update Twitter Logo to X, Fix YouTube Logo Styling & Update Links

Description

The README currently features the outdated Twitter logo instead of the new X logo. Since the platform has officially rebranded, the logo should be updated for consistency with the new identity. Additionally, the website link, href text, and YouTube logo styling should be fixed for a more polished appearance.

Proposed Solution

  • Replace the existing Twitter logo with the official X logo in the README.
  • Ensure the new logo is sourced from an official and reliable source (e.g., Wikimedia, X branding assets).
  • Update the website link and href text to match the rebranding.
  • Fix the styling of the YouTube logo for better consistency and alignment.
